Fried Redfish Platter

A tender white flaky filet of Louisiana redfish, breaded in panko and fried, served with cheese grits and a remoulade sauce.


Grilled N.Y. Strip Steak

A choice-cut N.Y. strip, brushed with herb oil, garnished with fried onions and served with mashed potatoes.


Chicken Caprese

Sauteed chicken breast topped with tomato slices and mozzarella cheese, drizzled with pesto and served on a bed of rice.


Chicken Fettuccini Alfredeaux

Alfredeaux cream, butter with Parmesan cheese, fresh spinach, topped with Chicken.
