On Point Reps

On Point Reps was founded in 2012 as a development partner for J&M Technologies. In partnership with J&M we developed the Electronic Rep Assist program (ERA). In an effort to enhance the ERA program as a training tool for sales reps we developed the Quick Tip Video Training Program. As the video library expanded we decided to make the Quick Tip Training program available outside of the ERA program.
